Because they are all so special, they are each one rented now and not available until August 2012. Private entry to the living room is on the side facing Corl St.. It is next to the driveway and under the roof covering the carport. the room has real barn doors on one wall and real rough-cut wood on the other walls. Not paneling. There is an unusual fireplace hanging from chains in the center of the room. It WAS useable, until occupants misused it. To AVOID damages/fire/smoke inhalation, it is now BLOCKED and NOT TO BE USED. Clear plastic encases it. Unusable, it remains an interesting focal point in the room. SAFETY FIRST! Glass doors lead out to the covered patio. That they are extra long affords a large expansion of light. The curtains supplied by Owner grace the door for privacy. Real barn doors on one wall came from an antique barn that had been on the property for many long years and still has some old hardware on it. There is a ceiling fan for breeze and light. The ceiling is real hardwood. The living room is carpeted. The entire room is different, unique and interesting. The expanse of it's 20 foot length is large and unusual. The grass is mowed on the large yard, as the Owner's responsibility. The kitchen is a large eat-in one, supplied with an electric range, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, garbage disposal, lots of counter top and cabinet space. The door leads to the outside of the unit as a place to put out the trash into a heavy on-wheels container that the occupants roll curbside on pick up day. The bathroom is a full-sized one. Count three bedrooms. Two on the first level and the Code approved one basement level. There is egress area in the basement and a door leading to steps outside. These steps have a full coverage of clear panels custom built to prevent water and wind inconvenience. In the basement on the side opposite from the bedroom is a gas heater for the home. Also, fairly new wash tub, a washer and dryer and dehumidifier automatically empties into the wash tub. All supplied by the Owner. Tenant reimburses Owner their share of heat 3/4 of whole monthly bill upon receipt of paid one. They pay directly their own unit's electric to Allegheny Power Co. and their own choice of TV, internet and phone. Owner pays water/sewer, trash and lawn care. There is CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING, Parking for 2 cars, one under car port, one behind it, plus free with permit from Ferguson Twp on-the-street (one car). This is 7 blocks from town and PSU. Equipped with outdoor furniture. ONLY a NON-SMOKER need apply. Bedroom has queen bed, comfortable mattress, all the linens and covers anyone would need. A bureau, night tables, lamps, a large closet. There too are, window curtains, although this window faces only trees and greenery, it is very private. Even though the entire home has central air, one window A/C is in the bedroom window for your personal control. Bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, dehumidifier which automatically empties and a full size washer and dryer. Bath linens as well. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils needed for cooking, baking, as well as dishes, glassware, silverware, dish towels, small appliances (ie Microwave, toaster, coffee maker), a dishwasher, garbage disposal, range w/oven, refrigerator w/ freezer top, and a small table w/ 2 chairs. Living room has a single bed done-up to look like a sofa, end tables, lamps, desk and desk chair, a large good looking cherry wall unit for you to use for books and a shelf for your TV. The Owner pays yard and snow care, outside electric, water/sewer, trash pick up, heat. Tenant pays own separate electric, TV cable of own choice and internet of choice. Free parking for ONLY one car.
